How long will it take for my order to be processed?

Most orders are processed within 2-4 business days. During busier periods, such as holidays, please allow up to 7 business days for shipping. Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time, and business days do not include weekends or holidays. You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped.

How long is shipping?

We offer USPS ground advantage and priority mail shipping.

Per USPS policy, please allow 2-5 business days for delivery. This is an estimate of time.

Can I change my shipping information after I’ve placed my order?

If your order has already shipped, we cannot change the shipping address. However, if your order has not yet shipped, email us immediately at support@thestationerysuite.com with your order number in the subject line, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please double-check your shipping information before submitting your order to avoid any issues.

Can I cancel or make changes to my order?
